Tập sách ảnh này ra đời nhân dip kỷ niệm 60 năm Ngày thành lập Chính phủ đầu tiên (28/8/1945 - 28/8/2005). Sách phản ánh toàn diện, có hệ thống quá trình ra đời, phát triển về tổ chức và những hoạt động chủ yếu của Chính phủ Việt nam qua các thời kỳ lịch sử từ 1945 đến 2005. 

Nhân kỷ niệm 60 năm Ngày Tổng tuyển cử đầu tiên (6/1/1946 - 6/1/2006), Văn phòng Quốc hội phối hợp với Thông tấn xã Việt nam cho ra mắt bạn đọc cuốn sách ảnh "60 NĂM QUỐC HỘI VIỆT NAM 1946-2006", nhằm phản ánh toàn diện, có hệ thống quá trình ra đời, phát triển về mặt tổ chức và những hoạt động chủ yếu của Quốc hội Việt nam qua 11 khoá hoạt động từ 1946 đến nay.

“Vietnam Export - Import Classification Nomenclature (the VEICN). MFN/WTO - CEPT/AFTA - ACFTA - AKFTA - VAT of the Year of 2008” is built fully in accordance with the Harmonized System (8 - 10 digits' HS) version 2007 of the World Customs Organization.

Ngày 14 tháng 6 năm 2005, tại kỳ họp thứ 7 Quốc hội khoá XI đã thông qua Luật thương mại. Luật này thay thế luật thương mại năm 1997, luật thương mại năm 2005 gồm 9 chương, 324 điều (So với Luật thương mại năm 1997 có 6 chương, 264 điều), trong đó có 96 điều trong Luật năm 1997 bị bãi bỏ, 149 điều được sửa đổi và 143 điều được bổ sung mới.
Cuốn sách này bao gồm các văn bản hướng dẫn thi hành Luật thương mại năm 2005.

Luật đấu thầu được Quốc hội Việt nam khoá XI, kỳ họp thứ 8 thông qua ngày 29 tháng 11 năm 2005, có hiệu lực thi hành từ ngày 01 tháng 4 năm 2006. Luật có 6 Chương và 77 Điều quy định về các hoạt động đấu thầu để lựa chọn nhà thầu cung cấp dịch vụ tư vấn, mua sắm hàng hoá, xây lắp đối với các gói thầu thuộc nhiều loại dự án khác nhau.

Luật đầu tư đã được Quốc hội Việt nam khóa XI, kỳ họp thứ 8 thông qua ngày 29-11-2005. Ngày 12-12-2005, Chủ tịch nước đã ký Sắc lệnh số 32/2005/L-CTN công bố Luật đầu tư và có hiệu lực từ ngày 01-07-2006.
